Born in Portsmouth, Danny was inspired to help others after completing his own fitness transformation. He obtained a 3-year degree in Sports Development from Chichester University before completing his advanced personal training qualifications at Brighton University and graduating from Steiner Fitness Business Training Academy. Danny also served as a fitness director for Princess Cruises, travelling around the world teaching classes and presenting health seminars whilst working on several cruise liners including the 4,500-passenger flagship The Regal Princess, as seen on ITV’s The Cruise.
Offering fitness seminars, one-to-one personal training, and a wide variety of classes, Danny shows his enthusiasm for health and fitness in all that he does. If you’re looking for advice or motivation in achieving your fitness goals, you’ll always find him with a smile on his face and happy to help.

I originally started as a professional dancer, travelling around the world. I have lived in many countries including Hong Kong, Paris, New York and Scandinavia.Mum to my 3 beautiful kids Scarlet, Diva and Harry, I have watched them grow into wonderful adults.
It was then I decided to train in fitness, anatomy and physiology. I love a chance to have banter on the gym floor! Come say hi I actually don't bite.wdeasd
Hi I'm Lucy. I have been in the fitness industry for just over ten years. I'm a level 3 qualified personal trainer and have been teaching Les Mills and other classes for the past 8 years.
I love having a positive impact on people's lives and watching them achieve their goals.

Fitness to me is a passion I have had for many years starting at a young age from football, tennis boxing and MMA all at a high level. I then moved into powerlifting and now finally bodybuilding. For me every sport has helped my knowledge and body adapt and grow in key areas.
I now use that knowledge to help others achieve the goals they set and desire whether that's fat loss, muscle gain or all round fitness levels along with nutrition advise and plans. This in addition to week by week check ins and always making sure they are happy with the service I offer whilst constantly keeping track of their progress and achievements.
